English FlagHello there

Well, when I say I can speak English I might be exaggerating a little bit however I know enough that we can have a chat and I can tell you about the local area and everything you need to know about the accommodation here at El Ambigu.

Some guests have said that my English is better than many people that they have had to deal with in Spain however I may need to ask you to re-phrase your question if I don’t pick it up the first time.

Call on +34 636869830 and we can take it from there however we might need to speak slowly!

Fantastic, great location and a wonderful host perfect place to stop in the pyrenees.

How woderful to arrive at Ivan’s after a long days driving, heading south. It is a pleasure to have such a warm, laid back welcome. The rooms and bathroom are lovely and there is an area to chat and enjoy a glass or 2. It is such a great spot to stop heading South or North – right near to Somport tunnel and the views, sitting out, are marvellous. Ivan is a fabulous, friendly and unassuming host who is keen that your stay is perfect. As for his chocolate cake, with breakfast – well ! – no more food needed to well passed Zaragossa. Fabulous

Best airbnb ever! Ivan is a wonderful host, & we had the best two days! Close by to some great hiking, with amazing views. Would definitely recommend!

Ivan is an amazing guy & a perfect host! He prepared a delicious (unexpected) but most welcome evening meal when we arrived. His home is totally unique, beautiful & spotlessly clean. The views of the mountains are stunning! We only had 1 night stay but wish we had stayed longer to go walks & explore as well as enjoy Ivan’s company. Highly recommend ElAmbigú. Definitely will return. 🙂

Make this your base for trekking in the Pyrenees! You will have the pleasure of meeting Iván and not to mention Ako the dog and Pepper the cat. Each day starts with a freshly prepared breakfast that will prepare you for the rest of your day in the mountains. Iván offers you use of his well stocked kitchen meaning you can either eat out in the evening or by some local produce and cook for yourself. The internet access was the best we had throughout our trip and we felt so at home staying at El Amibu that it was hard to leave.
